Design and construction

Sail aquatic inflatable’s are constructed with performance and safety being the most important objective.

 

All boats are manufactured with an inflatable V-keel, which insures superior directional control and maneuverability.

Fabric

PVC

Sail Aquatic inflatable’s are constructed with a quality denier fabric coated on both sides with PVC. The fabric is completely air-tight in water and highly resistant to abrasion, fuel and harmful sunlight.

Hypalon

Sail Aquatic inflatable’s used Hypalon coated fabric made from four sheets ensuring perfect water tightness and high cohesive properties.

Adhesive structures and baffles

All seams on Sail Aquatic inflatable’s are over-lapped and reinforced with an additional inner seam. The inner tubes stay airtight insuring the protection of the tube from sudden impact. In order to maximize the adhesiveness polyurethane glue is used. Polyurethane glues offer high durability and resistance to heat and salt water.

The inter baffles on the inflatable’s not only keep individual air-chambers sealed for safety but they also have a flexible design which works to equalize air-pressure between pontoons.
